Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer and hospital requests professionally.
• Liaise with KPJ hospitals and maintain good relations with hospital reps.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Process and monitor purchase orders per timelines.
• Notify hospital personnel on short‑expiry items and obtain invoicing approval.
• Update order status in the Maxisoft system.
• Follow up on outstanding orders with relevant departments.
• Prepare outstanding order reports and maintain audit-ready records.
