MEDISGO SDN. BHD. based in Penang seeks a Patient Coordinator/ Customer Relation Executive to assist Indonesian patients with hospital appointments and travel arrangements.

You will liaise with hospitals and internal teams, provide guidance throughout the medical journey, and ensure a smooth patient experience. The role welcomes fresh graduates and experienced candidates, requires fluency in Mandarin, Malay and English, and basic Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, Malay and English (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Indonesian patients in coordinating hospital appointments, travel arrangements, and medical inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with patients, hospitals, and internal teams.
• Provide support and guidance throughout the medical journey.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin, Malay, and English (both spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
• Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates
