Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration and check-in procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical files per regulations
• Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment system
• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care and monitor vital signs under supervision
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure supplies/equipment are available
• Sterilise and maintain medical instruments per clinic protocols
• Perform general cleanliness and housekeeping to maintain hygiene
• Provide patient education and information about clinic services
• Manage clinic inventory and order supplies as needed
• Support administrative tasks such as answering calls and clinic correspondence
• Ensure patient confidentiality and professional standards at all times
