Job summary

Ghee Hua Co. Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a Parts Specialist to support Proton ICE aftersales by identifying, ordering, receiving, storing and issuing genuine Proton spare parts to keep workshops supplied.

You will handle parts enquiries, prepare quotations and process orders, while maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring proper stock levels for fast-moving and critical items in a safe, well-organised warehouse.

• Monitor outstanding/back-ordered parts and follow up with suppliers or the relevant parts centre.
• Organise and maintain the parts warehouse according to proper storage and safety procedures.
• Ensure parts are correctly labelled, stored and issued.
