Qualifications

• Experience as storekeeper or warehouse role.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and handle stock duties.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and data entry.
• Basic computer skills and attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts delivery against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using company management systems, ensuring all stock is properly recorded and traceable.
• Organize and store spare parts in designated locations following racking layout and safety protocols.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, preparing items for dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management when items require reordering or when stock is running low.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and storage areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Support the shop counter operations by retrieving parts and assisting with customer queries when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of all store transactions, movements, and stock adjustments.

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Spare Part Shop Storekeeper to join V Soon Auto Parts (BT8) Sdn Bhd on a full-time basis. This role is based in Taman Kinrara Sek 1, Puchong, Selangor and is crucial to the efficient operation of our spare parts distribution facility. As Storekeeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock organisation, and ensuring the smooth flow of automotive spare parts through our warehouse. What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse assistant, or similar role within a warehousing, distribution, or retail environment
• Strong inventory management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in using systems or inventory software, or willingness to learn such systems quickly
• Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 25 kg regularly, with physical capability for store duties
• Good numerical skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
• Knowledge of car automotive spare parts or store operations is advantageous
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry systems
