Job summary

Wyld Group in Pastry Boys, Ara Damansara seeks a kitchen team member to assist chefs with recipes, measuring, mixing, baking, and assembly of products. You will help ensure quality in taste, texture, and presentation while maintaining clean, organized workstations.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of kitchen experience or culinary training, are willing to learn across sections, and can thrive in a fast-paced production environment with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (pastry/bakery experience is a plus).
• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with culinary training are welcome.
• Willing to learn and work in different kitchen sections.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Able to work early shifts (production environment).

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, SOPs, and production schedules set by senior chefs.
• Support in measuring, mixing, baking, and assembling products.
• Ensure all products meet company standards in taste, texture, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at all times.
• Handle basic equipment and tools safely and correctly.
• Support packing and preparation for delivery to outlets.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in stock handling, ingredient storage, and inventory control.
• Be flexible to rotate between different sections based on operational needs.
