Job summary

Shogime Trading Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking a pastry/kitchen team member to prepare and produce pastries, cakes and desserts according to recipes, maintaining quality, taste, texture and portion sizes.

You will assist with mixing, baking, decorating, and finishing, ensure cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and support the team during busy periods. This role offers steady hours in a bakery/kitchen setting.

Qualifications

• Previous pastry/bakery or café/restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic pastry preparation and baking techniques knowledge.
• Able to follow recipes and maintain product quality.
• Good attention to detail, cleanliness and organization.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities
