Job summary

LC X JE in Johor Bahru is seeking a bakery production staff to prepare, mix, knead, proof, shape and bake bread and dough products. The role follows standardized recipes and production procedures to ensure consistent quality.

You will maintain workstation hygiene and monitor ingredient inventory, assisting in daily production planning and batch scheduling. The ideal candidate will contribute to high-quality products, accurate portioning, and timely production while adhering to food safety
