Job summary

LC X JE in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking a production assistant to prepare, mix, knead, proof, shape and bake a range of bread and dough products.

You will follow standardized recipes and production procedures to ensure consistent product quality, taste and appearance, maintain a clean workstation in line with HACCP/GMP where applicable, monitor ingredient inventory, assist in daily production planning and batch scheduling, ensure timely production throughput, adhering to safety and food
