You will be responsible for preparing fresh pasta and Italian dishes, ensuring outstanding taste, presentation, and consistency in a fast-paced environment. Experience with handmade pasta and Italian sauces is an advantage. Qualifications

• Experience in preparing fresh pasta and Italian cuisine.
• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of handmade pasta and classic Italian sauces is an advantage.
• Experience with steak and pizza preparation is an added advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Successful candidates can start work immediately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh pasta, sauces, and Italian dishes according to recipes.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Prepare mise en place before service.
• Monitor food quality and minimize wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Assist in inventory control and stock rotation.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team during service.
