Job summary

Cezars Kitchen in Iskandar Puteri is seeking a qualified Pastry Chef to join our kitchen as Director of Quality. You will ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow guests and encourage repeat dining visits.

The role requires a minimum diploma and 4+ years in hotels or restaurants, with strong pastry skills and a positive, self-motivated, team-oriented attitude. Benefits include annual bonus, medical and dental support, and opportunities to transfer to Japan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotels or restaurants.
• Able to bake breads, pastries, cakes and desserts.
• Valid Typhoid, Food Handlers and Vaccination Certificates (2 doses + booster).
• Positive, inviting attitude and team player.

Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Pastry Chef to join our kitchen in Iskandar Puteri.

In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.

Possess minimum Certificates/ Vocational/ Diploma

Minimum of 4 years of working experience in either hotels or restaurants

Can bake a wide range of dishes, from breads, pastry, cakes and other desserts.
