Job summary

BR Guest Group Sdn Bhd – Damansara, Selangor is hiring for a kitchen helper. No experience required; fresh graduates welcome. Training provided to help you develop basic culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will assist chefs with food preparation, support during service, ensure cleanliness, and handle stock. This is a great entry point with EPF/SOCSO/EIS benefits and opportunities to grow into chef roles.

Qualifications

• SPM and above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation (washing, cutting, portioning ingredients)
• Support cooking and plating during service hours
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Manage proper storage of raw and cooked ingredients
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools as needed
• Assist with receiving and organizing stock deliveries
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
