Job summary

Melinau Auto Sdn Bhd, a new authorised PROTON dealer located at Bau, Sarawak, seeks a Parts Assistant cum Warranty Admin to support aftersales operations. You will handle parts receipt, verification, labeling and proper storage while ensuring accurate parts movements in the system.

You will monitor stock levels, manage warranty claim submissions, and track pending or rejected cases until closure, ensuring complete documentation and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts and verify quantity, part number and condition against documents.
• Issue parts accurately and record movements in the system.
• Label, arrange and store parts in designated locations.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of fast-moving parts.
• Manage timely submission of warranty claims and follow-ups until closure.
• Identify, tag, record, store, dispose and return warranty parts with documentation.
