Job summary

Melinau Auto Sdn Bhd, a new authorised PROTON dealer located at Inanam, Kota Kinabalu, is seeking a proactive service advisor to support appointment conversions, service campaigns and customer follow-ups.

You will attend to customers' service needs, explain costs and timelines, obtain authorization for additional repairs, and help CSI targets through timely communication and effective follow-up.

Job description

SUPPORT APPOINTMENT CONVERSION, CUSTOMER RETENTION AND SERVICE CAMPAIGNS BY PROACTIVELY CALLING CUSTOMERS FOR SERVICE REMINDERS, FOLLOW-UPS AND CAMPAIGN PROMOTIONS.

ATTEND TO CUSTOMERS PROFESSIONALLY BY UNDERSTANDING THEIR SERVICE, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR REQUIREMENTS, CLEARLY EXPLAINING RECOMMENDED WORK, ESTIMATED COSTS AND EXPECTED COMPLETION TIME, AND OBTAINING CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH ANY ADDITIONAL REPAIRS OR CHARGES.

MAINTAIN COMPLIANCE WITH CSI REQUIREMENTS AND ACTIVELY SUPPORT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TARGETS THROUGH PROPER SERVICE PROCESSES, TIMELY COMMUNICATION, COMPLAINT HANDLING AND FOLLOW-UP ON CUSTOMER CONCERNS.
