HeyMax is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to own partner marketing campaigns remotely. You’ll convert briefs from the Partnerships team into campaigns that ship fast and flawlessly, including EDMs, landing pages, and co-branded assets.

You’ll interact directly with partners, shaping campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring precision and timely delivery. Expect to manage multiple partners with strong copywriting, CRM discipline (Customer.io), and end-to-end campaign execution.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in B2B or partnerships marketing.
• Highly organized with multiple partners and tight timelines.
• Experience shipping CRM campaigns hands-on (Customer.io).
• Strong copywriting and briefing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own briefs from the Partnerships team and turn them into ready-to-ship campaigns.
• Face partners directly when it counts, from ideation to execution.
• Run timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and QA to avoid typos.
• Write copy for EDMs, landing pages, and co-branded assets.
• Brief creatives to ensure sharp, near-final first drafts.
• Build campaign narratives around partner offers and audience needs.
• Ship CRM communications end-to-end (email, push, in-app, Telegram).
