Job summary

Arvion Services in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an energetic Partnership Manager with a minimum of 2 years in CFDs sales or business development to drive IB/partner acquisition and portfolio growth.

You will manage relationships, hit revenue targets, and collaborate with marketing, dealing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless partner experience. English and Hindi fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Business Development / Sales / account management within CFDs.
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 and FX/CFD products.
• Proven ability to acquire new IBs/partners and manage client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, partners, and retail clients across assigned regions.
• Maintain and grow existing IB and client relationships through engagement and loyalty initiatives.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets, client goals, and trading volume KPIs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, regions and verticals for growth.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, pipelines, and report progress to management.
• Ensure onboarding complies with regulatory standards and internal processes.
• Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and partner meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing, dealing, and operations teams for a seamless partner experience.
