Job summary

PRASARANA MALAYSIA BERHAD is seeking an Assistant Manager, Partner and Ecosystem Growth to help grow the MyRapid PULSE ecosystem and digital initiatives. You will support partner onboarding, campaign execution, and cross-vertical collaboration across digital and experiential touchpoints.

With at least five years in partnerships or ecosystem roles, you will coordinate stakeholder engagements, manage partner relationships, and leverage CRM/analytics tools to deliver measurable ecosystem growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field and relevant certifications.
• Demonstrated understanding of partnership development and stakeholder management.
• Experience with digital ecosystems, loyalty, and marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic ecosystem partners across priority verticals.
• Co-develop partner value propositions, pitch materials, and engagement plans with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, activation milestones, and campaign execution.
• Monitor partner engagement, activation, and performance across the ecosystem.
• Support day-to-day partner communications and escalation handling.
• Plan cross-vertical ecosystem campaigns and deliver integrated experiences.
• Develop standardized partner onboarding frameworks and CX improvements.
