Job summary

SNS Products Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales/Business Development professional in Malaysia to manage existing partnerships and drive new collaborations with families and children. You will learn our model, handle day-to-day partner activities, and expand the network over time.

You should be comfortable presenting, negotiating, and planning ahead, with 1–3 years in sales or related roles. Degree preferred; Bahasa Malaysia and English required. Own transport helpful.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with room presence and clear writing.
• Able to plan, negotiate and think ahead on collaborations.
• Independent worker who manages own schedule and priorities.
• Organised with diligent follow-ups and record-keeping.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education sessions for parents and staff (classes, talks, webinars).
• Demonstrate product installation, usage and safety features.
• Manage and grow existing partner relationships.
• Identify and develop new partners across sectors serving families.
• Negotiate and formalise collaboration terms and joint events.
• Grow revenue from channels and report progress.
• Maintain records of sessions, contacts and follow-ups.
• Support baby fairs, campaigns and company events.
