Job summary

Q3 Management Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify and secure new partnerships, manage complex sales processes, and drive cross-selling across client portfolios. You will coordinate events, write proposals, and ensure delivery with internal teams, while maintaining high standards of client service.

Fluency in English and at least 2 years BD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; business development, marketing or similar role.
• Experience managing tender and proposals.
• Experience planning corporate events and promotions.
• Strong interpersonal, writing and editing skills.
• Fluency in English; another language is a plus.
• At least 2 years in business development and 1 year in people management.
• Total work experience 3–5 years; able to work under pressure and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Identify, promote, and acquire new clients via strategic partnerships.
• Manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor client portfolios and cross-sell business management solutions.
• Maintain service and sales standards across key accounts.
• Analyze market trends and opportunities to drive growth.

• Handle administrative tasks: minutes, proposals, reports.
