Job summary

Enfrasys in Malaysia, Petaling Jaya, is seeking a Partner Manager to build and sustain a high-performing partner ecosystem. You will recruit, onboard, and nurture partners, align their needs with our offerings, and manage escalations with internal teams to ensure success.

You will collaborate on joint sales plans, prepare proposals and pricing, and drive pipeline, while tracking performance and hitting targets with cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with partner ecosystems or business operations is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data (Excel, Sheets, CRM).
• Proactive, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner Recruitment: Identify and engage potential partners through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Partner Onboarding: Manage onboarding with resources, training, and support for effective representation.
• Partner Relationship Management: Build strong partner relationships and address escalation with internal teams.
• Pricing and Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals and pricing, ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with partners to create joint sales strategies for revenue growth.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new partner leads through research and outreach.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to partners.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Track partner interactions and opportunities using CRM tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success for joint marketing efforts.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor partner sales performance and provide improvement insights.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed KPIs through partner engagement and strategies.
• Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to partners.
