Job summary

Enfrasys Group is seeking a Partner Development Specialist in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia to drive partner channel growth and strengthen strategic alliances. The role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partner relationships while coordinating with internal teams to deliver aligned solutions and mutual revenue, leveraging market insights and program knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with a continuous learning mentality.
• 5+ years' experience in partner channel development, business development, sales or related role in tech.
• Excellent communication, sales and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with planning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with technology solutions and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential partners aligned with the company's objectives and values.

• Engaged proactively with infernal crossfunction department to leverage resources, providing insights and support to drive partner success in line with company objectives.
