Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with a continuous learning mentality.
• 5+ years' experience in partner channel development, business development, sales or related role in tech.
• Excellent communication, sales and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with planning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with technology solutions and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential partners aligned with the company's objectives and values.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute partnership strategies that drive mutual business growth.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with business goals.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to ensure successful implementation and alignment with company initiatives.
• Analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
• Be the subject matter expert in Partner programs, products, solutions, certification, and benefits to continuously engage and educate internal team to maximize business outcomes.
• Engaged proactively with infernal crossfunction department to leverage resources, providing insights and support to drive partner success in line with company objectives.
