Maxis in Malaysia is seeking a capable Channel Development professional to drive onboarding, enablement and partner campaigns. You will manage partner induction, systems access, and compliance, while aligning with internal teams to accelerate first sales and activation.

This role collaborates with IT, Product, Marketing and Legal to design training curricula, run multi-format programs, plan co-branded campaigns, and maintain partner portals.

Responsibilities

• Onboard partners: induction, access setup, and compliance briefing.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics with IT, Product and Legal to ensure timely activation.
• Plan and deliver partner training across in-person, virtual and e-learning formats.
• Manage partner marketing campaigns and communications calendar, tracking ROI.
• Provide day-to-day partner support and escalation handling to ensure satisfaction.
