Fromage Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Store Operations & Customer Experience Lead for a part-time role at a specialty cheese store. You will run daily operations, uphold high customer service standards, and execute shop-floor tasks to create a superior in-store experience.

The role emphasizes hands-on store leadership, with training provided to grow into senior store or supervisory positions. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Comfortable taking responsibility on the shop floor.
• Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Tamil is a plus).
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organised.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Cheese or specialty food knowledge is not required, training will be provided.

Fromage is a new specialty food and cheese store at Bangsar Shopping Center in Kuala Lumpur.

The shop is designed as a high-quality retail experience, not a supermarket counter:

• curated products
• strong attention to presentation
• focus on service and customer interaction

We are building a small team that will run the store day to day and set the standard from the start.

The Role

As Store Operations & Customer Experience Lead, you will play a key role in:

• daily store operations
• customer service standards
• execution on the shop floor

This is a hands-on role with responsibility, suited for someone who wants to strengthen their experience in retail operations and customer-facing roles.
