Segi Fresh - Retails is hiring a Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations in our Malaysian retail outlets. You will supervise a team, ensure shelves are stocked, manage receiving and stock counts, and implement promotions with accurate pricing.

This role supports a dynamic fresh-food retail environment focused on quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, basic computer skills, leadership ability, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and

• Experience in retail or supermarket operations is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Leadership and ability to supervise a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, disciplined and committed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business performance
• Manage receiving of goods and verify quantity and quality from suppliers
• Monitor stock levels including low stock, Out of Stock (OOS), near expiry and expired items
• Conduct stock take, cycle count and stock adjustments when necessary
• Ensure accurate price updates and proper execution of weekly/monthly promotions
• Maintain store layout according to planogram and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized
• Manage cash handling processes including opening float, closing counter and bank-in procedures
• Prepare and update daily sales and stock reports
• Handle damaged goods, returns and disposal according to company procedures
• Conduct regular floor walk to monitor store condition and staff performance
