Job summary

One Belian Seed is seeking experienced recruitment professionals to join its Invisible Partner network as freelance headhunters. You can work remotely from anywhere in Malaysia or Thailand, handling recruitment assignments and building candidate pipelines across functions and markets.

Ideal candidates have in-house TA or external recruitment experience, a strong network, and the ability to manage assignments independently with timely delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in in-house Talent Acquisition or external recruitment / executive search is essential
• FMCG recruitment experience is highly desirable
• Demonstrable ability to identify, approach, assess and engage suitable candidates
• An established candidate network or relevant industry contacts
• Good understanding of recruitment processes, candidate evaluation and stakeholder management
• Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-through skills
• Ability to work independently, manage assignments and meet agreed delivery timelines

Responsibilities

• Identify and map qualified talent based on job requirements using personal networks, relationships, referrals and sourcing channels
• Build candidate pipelines across functions, seniority levels and markets
• Conduct preliminary assessments to establish suitability, motivation, availability and compensation expectations
• Engage candidates professionally and confidentially throughout the process
• Evaluate candidates against job descriptions, competencies and client expectations
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assess experience, achievements and career motivations
• Prepare structured candidate profiles and recommendations for OBS and clients
• Manage recruitment mandates from candidate ID through interview coordination and placement
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and the OBS team
• Support client interviews, feedback collection, offer discussions and placement follow-up

We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to join our Invisible Partner network as freelance headhunters. Our model provides an opportunity for experienced in-house Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals and external headhunters to continue contributing their expertise, leveraging their networks and earning income through recruitment assignments — with the flexibility to work independently from anywhere in Malaysia or Thailand. You can work on a freelance basis, focusing on the roles, candidates and clients that match your experience and professional strengths.

Key responsibilities

Identify and map qualified talent based on assigned job requirements, leveraging personal networks, professional relationships, referrals and appropriate sourcing channels

Build candidate pipelines across relevant functions, seniority levels and markets

Conduct preliminary candidate assessments to establish suitability, motivation, availability and compensation expectations

Engage candidates professionally and confidentially

Evaluate candidates against the job description, required competencies and client expectations

Conduct preliminary interviews and assess relevant experience, achievements and career motivations

Prepare structured candidate profiles and recommendations for OBS and its clients

About you
