Job summary

NIQ is recruiting a proactive Part‑Time Panel Recruiter & Support to assist with participant recruitment and panel management activities for market research projects in Singapore, with flexible working arrangements. The role combines recruitment, CATI interviewing, and panel support, including DAM recruitment and annual panel maintenance tasks.

The position offers reward-based earnings and project-based work throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting telephone recruitment and interviews.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (conversational); Malay is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile apps and online surveys.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone recruitment of participants for market research projects.
• Explain study objectives and incentive schemes; answer participant questions.
• Guide participants through registration and profiling surveys.
• Assist with panel management, updates, and documentation.
• Attend project briefings; provide support for CATI interviewing tasks.
