Qualifications

• Mandarin communication proficiency for engaging Mandarin-speaking candidates.
• At least 12 months working experience in a call centre, BPO, or customer service environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment activities under a commission-based arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through personal contacts, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Share suitable job opportunities and engage interested candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings to understand experience, language ability, salary expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to support successful placements.
