Job summary

Hafizi Gadget (M) Sdn Bhd in Raub, Malaysia is seeking a friendly retail sales associate to assist shoppers with product inquiries, process transactions on the POS, and maintain a tidy, appealing store floor.

You will handle stock receipts, perform basic inventory checks, respond to WhatsApp inquiries, and use Google Sheets for simple data entry, working with teammates to meet sales targets while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and assist with product inquiries, purchases, and issues.
• Operate the POS system to process transactions including cash, card, and other methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor with well-displayed and stocked merchandise.
• Assist with inventory tasks: receiving stock, checking damages, reporting discrepancies.
• Handle customer inquiries and orders via WhatsApp with prompt responses.
• Use Google Sheets for basic data entry and record-keeping as required.
• Willingness to learn about new gadgets and product features to advise customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.
• Adhere to company policies including security and loss prevention.
