Job summary

Hafizi Gadget (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate to assist shoppers with product inquiries, process transactions, and maintain an appealing store layout. You will support inventory tasks, respond to WhatsApp inquiries, and use Google Sheets for data entry while collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and learn about new electronics to effectively advise customers.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Ability to process POS transactions accurately.
Willingness to learn about electronics and gadgets.
Good communication skills in interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process transactions using the POS system accurately.
Maintain clean, organized sales floor and ensure merchandise is well-displayed.
Assist with stock receipts, stocking shelves, and inventory counts.
Handle customer inquiries and orders via WhatsApp promptly and helpfully.
Use Google Sheets for data entry and record-keeping as required.
Support daily store operations and adhere to security and loss-prevention policies.
