You will engage with diverse customers, promote our electronics range, and help drive sales targets while delivering excellent service on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Numeracy and accuracy when handling cash and processing transactions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends/public holidays
• Basic product knowledge in electronics/technology

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection and enquiries

• Maintain knowledge of stock levels and availability
• Assist with stock management and merchandising on the shop floor

• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed
