About the role

We are seeking a Part Time Educator to join Evenor Holdings Sdn Bhd in Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Selangor. This is a part‑time position that plays a vital role in providing high‑quality childcare and outside school hours care to children in our facility. As a Part Time Educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment where children can learn, play and develop. This role is essential to our mission of supporting working families whilst ensuring children receive exceptional care and educational experiences during crucial developmental stages.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and provide care for children in a safe, secure and age-appropriate environment
• Plan and implement educational activities, play‑based learning and creative programmes tailored to children's developmental needs
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through structured and unstructured activities
• Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behaviour and daily experiences
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist with meal times, toilet training and personal care routines as required
• Observe and document children's development and learning milestones
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive and inclusive childcare environment
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

What we're looking for

• Recognised qualification in childcare, early childhood education or a related field (such as a Diploma in Childcare or Certificate in Early Childhood Development)
• Experience working with children in a childcare, preschool or educational setting
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain this)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent patience and empathy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors
• Physical ability to lift, bend and engage in active play with children
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass background checks as required by childcare regulations
• Knowledge of child safeguarding and child protection best practices
• Flexibility and reliability with part‑time working hours
