Job summary

Baby Nest Sdn Bhd in Malaysia operates multiple child care centres across Klang Valley, offering high-quality early childhood programs for 0–6 years old. We are seeking talented teachers to deliver curriculum-based daily lessons, prepare materials, assess progress, and support young children in a safe, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe, record and assess children’s learning progress and development.
• Prepare teaching materials and weekly/monthly lesson plans according to children’s needs.
• Conduct daily lessons based on the curriculum and centre schedule.
• Keep the classroom and learning materials clean, organised and ready for use, including monthly cleaning and disinfection.
• Assist children with meals, toileting, hygiene, play and other daily routines while ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Work closely with team members and complete tasks assigned by the Centre Leader.
• Communicate with parents and provide updates on their child’s progress when required.
• Guide and supervise children during enrichment activities and programmes.
• Assist with centre events, including decorations, props, materials and student preparation.
• Attend required meetings and training, apply the guidance received, and report material shortages or maintenance issues to the Centre Leader.
