Job summary

Job Requirements

At least Diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications or training in hospitality, tourism, public relations, customer service, or park management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse groups of visitors.

Physical fitness and stamina to perform outdoor tasks, including walking, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Flexibility to work varying shifts (morning shift 10am - 7pm, night shift 12.30pm - 9.30pm) as required by park operations.

Able to work on Public Holiday and weekend (Rest Day on weekdays).
