Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a full-time role supporting customer service and logistics operations. You will greet customers, manage the reception area, handle deliveries, coordinate with drivers, and ensure smooth parcel drop-off and pick-up processes.

The role requires immediate availability, the ability to work 6 days a week including shifts, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. OT may be available during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to work during peak periods (OT claims available).
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to start work immediately and commit 6 days a week.
• Able to work on shift am and pm.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
• Handle customer deliveries, packing, and shipping needs efficiently.
• Receive customer orders and coordinate with drivers for pick-up.
• Monitor and ensure smooth parcel drop-off and pick-up operations.
• Assist in sorting, processing inbound parcels, and supporting drivers.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
