Job summary

RHB Bank is seeking a driven Paid Dealer's Representative to execute trades for local and foreign retail equities clients and to drive sales and marketing initiatives.

You will manage client portfolios, maintain strong client relationships, and promote related products while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in finance, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of securities and futures industry regulations.
• CMSRL is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades for local and foreign retail equities clients.
• Conduct sales and marketing activities to acquire new clients.
• Manage client portfolios by providing market updates and maintaining strong relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s related products to clients.
• Participate in branch marketing and promotional activities to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Review clients’ credit limits based on collateral, financial standing, and track record to minimize contra losses and manage risk effectively.
• Take steps to understand clients’ investment objectives, financial background, and source of funds.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations set by the Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, and other bodies.

• Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s related products to clients.
• Participate in branch marketing and promotional activities to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Review clients’ credit limits based on collateral, financial standing, and track record to minimize contra losses and manage risk effectively.
• Take reasonable steps to understand clients’ investment objectives, financial background, and source of funds.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations set by the Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, and other relevant governing bodies.
