Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking a driven Paid Dealer's Representative to execute trades for local and foreign retail clients, manage portfolios, and drive sales initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Degree or professional qualification in finance, business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of securities and futures industry regulations.
• CMSRL license is an advantage.

• Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s related products to clients.
• Participate in branch marketing and promotional activities.
• Review clients’ credit limits based on collateral, financial standing, and track record to minimize contra losses and manage risk.
• Understand clients’ investment objectives, financial background, and source of funds.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and governing bodies.

You will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships while supporting business growth.

What you will be doing

• Execute trades for local and foreign retail equities clients.
• Conduct sales and marketing activities to acquire new clients.
• Manage client portfolios by providing market updates and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s related products to clients.
• Participate in branch marketing and promotional activities to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Review clients’ credit limits based on collateral, financial standing, and track record to minimize contra losses and manage risk effectively.
• Take reasonable steps to understand clients’ investment objectives, financial background, and source of funds.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations set by the Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, and other relevant governing bodies.

• Capital Markets and Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) is an advantage.
