Elevated Asia Ventures in Puchong is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate with 1–2 years of hands-on paid advertising experience to join a lean, fast-paced team. You will drive brand growth through organic channels, create compelling social content, and measure performance with analytics tools.

The role emphasizes translating paid media thinking into content planning, leveraging AI tools, and collaborating with a marketing team. English is essential; Mandarin is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven digital marketing experience with hands-on paid advertising exposure (Google Ads/Meta Ads or similar).
• Ability to translate paid media thinking (audience targeting, funnel strategy, performance metrics) into organic content planning and execution.
• Experience with content marketing including creation, distribution and performance analysis across social media and digital channels.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to interpret data and optimize content.
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and engagement.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance content production and marketing performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin fluency is a significant asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment; proactive and growth-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across organic channels to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media and other digital channels with brand consistency.
• Monitor and analyze performance using analytics tools and provide regular insights for optimization.
• Apply paid advertising principles to inform and enhance organic content strategy and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement innovative organic marketing initiatives and stay updated on trends.
• Maintain and update social media assets, ensuring content is current, accurate, and SEO-friendly.
