Job summary

Elevated Asia Ventures – Puchong New Village in Malaysia is seeking a digital marketing professional with 1–2 years of hands-on paid advertising experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads). You will translate paid media thinking into organic content planning, create compelling content for social platforms, and analyze performance to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on exposure to paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms).
• Demonstrated ability to translate paid media thinking into organic content planning and execution.
• Experience with content marketing, including content creation, distribution, and performance analysis across social media and digital channels.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and the ability to interpret data to measure content effectiveness.
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools and their application in lead nurturing and audience engagement.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance content production and marketing performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is a significant asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative lean team.
• Proactive and growth-oriented, contributing to a next-generation content and brand execution studio.
