Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven digital marketing experience with hands-on paid advertising.
• Translate paid media thinking into organic content planning and execution.
• Experience with content marketing across social media and digital channels.
• Solid understanding of social media marketing on major platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data interpretation for optimization.
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation in lead nurturing.
• Interest in applying AI tools to content production and marketing.
• Excellent English writing and speaking; Mandarin fluency is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across organic channels to grow brand awareness and leads.
