Job summary

Century Bond Bhd (CBB) in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Sales Representative/Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities across its packaging and contract manufacturing solutions. You will also manage and grow existing customer accounts, conduct sales presentations, prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate terms that meet both customer and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and account management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and negotiation.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical product information related to packaging, printing, or manufacturing solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers at multiple levels.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, quotations, and customer follow-ups effectively.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site and visiting customer locations in Johore and surrounding areas as needed.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages commonly used in the region are a plus.
