Job summary

Ansell is seeking an Associate Specialist Material Planning (Packaging) for Kulim to manage packaging material requirements for Kedah A and Kedah B, ensuring timely supply for uninterrupted production.

You will coordinate with suppliers, monitor stock levels, and support new packaging development and artwork management through the Artwork Web Center, while assisting indirect purchasing and integrating with QA and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage packaging material inventory to ensure smooth production.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure on-time delivery of packaging materials.
• Convert planned orders into purchase orders and process promptly.
• Collaborate with QA and R&D to meet specifications.
• Support indirect purchasing for Kedah A and Kedah B.
• Ensure compliance with Lean, GMP, and safety standards.
