Job summary

Ansell is seeking an Associate Specialist, QA based in Kulim, Kedah. The role focuses on maintaining the Plant Quality Management System (QMS), coordinating internal and external audits, tracking CAPA and corrective actions, and driving continual improvement across the site.

The incumbent will deliver training, monitor quality objectives, and report progress to management as part of a global health and safety leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
• 2–3 years in Quality Assurance in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS.
• Experience with document control and CAPA.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the plant QMS per ISO 9001 and GMP.
• Monitor quality indicators and prepare periodic reports.
• Manage quality documents and records lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate internal audits and external audits.
• Maintain audit, nonconformance, and CAPA tracking.
• Support root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Coordinate QMS training and maintain training records.
• Collaborate with supply team for supplier qualifications.
• Escalate quality risks to management as needed.
• Serve as alternate champion for QMS projects.
