Job summary

Qualifications

• SPM (or equivalent) qualification or higher.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Previous experience in production planning is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily and weekly production schedules
• Monitor production progress and ensure production plans are followed
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse and Purchasing departments
• Follow up on material availability and production requirements
• Update production plans when there are changes or urgent requirements
• Monitor production status and report any delays or issues
• Perform other duties assigned by management
