Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing/Production Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and processes.
• Proficient in production planning software and MS Office.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with quality control and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and targets.
• Monitor workflows and identify bottlenecks in manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and labor for smooth operations.
• Collect and analyse production data to track KPIs and report metrics.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality.
• Assist in maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Prepare production reports and documentation for management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe production floor.
