Job summary

Barry Callebaut is seeking a detail-oriented Finance professional in Malaysia to provide Purchase to Pay support for employee expenses and travel management. You will verify expenses, process reports in Concur, reconcile accounts, and prepare journal entries in line with local policies and global standards.

The role requires SAP/Concur knowledge, strong English skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Accounting preferred.
• Official finance/accounting certification is an asset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• APAC language capabilities a plus.
• Experience in SSC or BPO environments a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP, Concur, OCR, VIM and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Verification of incoming employee expenses.
• 0
• Processing expense reports in Concur following accounting standards.
• Reconciliation of employee accounts.
• Monitoring open items and balances on employee accounts.
• Preparing and booking journal entries as needed.
• Ensuring travel policies are respected and tracked.
• Reporting policy violations to stakeholders.
• Handling employee queries on expenses, policies, travel, cards, and agencies.
• Closing periodic financials (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
• Maintaining documents for audits and process manuals.
