Job summary
Capco Malaysia is seeking a Business Analyst for Insurance Transformation to support business and technology change across Life, General, and Motor Insurance. You will gather requirements, document processes, and liaise between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure aligned outcomes.
You will work with product owners, SMEs, and external vendors, facilitating workshops and validating requirements. Experience in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery is expected.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in insurance transformation programmes.
- Strong domain knowledge across Life, General, and/or Motor Insurance.
- Experience supporting business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions.
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support prioritisation of requirements and scope management.
