Job summary

ADI Resourcing in Cyberjaya, Malaysia is hiring for Advisor I, Customer Service to interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or internet-based inquiries, depending on client needs.

The role demands strong English (B2+) and native Japanese language skills, with a requirement to work 24x7 shifts and rotate days off. Fresher applicants are welcome, and visa/work permits are provided for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 3–6 months related experience preferred.
• Fresher candidates with 0 experience are welcome.
• English proficiency at least B2; reading, writing and speaking required.
• Japanese native; Mandarin with basic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and online inquiries.
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolutions.
• Greet customers courteously and maintain professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
• Document interactions and update records in the system.
• Assist with upselling products or services when appropriate.
• Rotate shifts as required.
