Job summary

The role requires strong client development, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration, with proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese, and willingness to travel to engage key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese; Chinese proficiency required.
• 5+ years IT industry sales experience; 2+ years in IT products/solutions/manpower outsourcing/system integration.
• Excellent client development and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overseas personal sales strategies to secure orders.
• Collaborate with departments to expand clients globally (SE Asia, Malaysia, Middle East).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners; maintain good cooperative relations with upstream and downstream partners.
• Participate in key client bidding and contract negotiations; approve general contracts.
• Provide market insights on manpower outsourcing and system integration; stay informed on market trends.
