Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in property development.
• At least 5 years in an executive or Assistant General Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Drive end-to-end development strategy, financial modeling, budget optimization, and profitability targets.
• Project Delivery: Direct multi-disciplinary teams to meet safety, quality, schedule and cost standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Build partnerships with authorities, joint ventures, consultancies, and main contractors.
• Commercial Alignment: Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Asset Management on market-responsive products and launches.
• Risk & Operations: Identify risks, establish mitigations, maintain governance across local laws.
